PUBLIC OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES Personnel Administration: Establish Sanctions for Drug Use and Drug Related Offenses

These two Acts provide for random drug testing of state employees involved in certain high-risk occupations, for the suspension of any state employee convicted of drug-related offenses, and for prescribed periods of ineligibility from state employment for applicants who have been convicted of drug-related offenses.
