PUBLIC PROPERTY Property: Governmental Agencies, Judicial Actions

The Act empowers any governmental unit or instrumentality in the State to initiate proceedings, bring causes of action or seek judicial relief pertaining to property to the same extent nongovernmental parties may do so.
