PROPERTY Historic Preservation: Prohibit Power of Eminent Domain from Creating, Altering, or Affecting Conservation Easements

The Act changes how conservation easements may be created, altered or affected. Under the Act, conservation easements may not be created or expanded, but may be otherwise altered or affected by exercise of the power of eminent domain.
