The Act adds a new subsection (a) to O.C.G.A. 31-12-11 which prohibits the operation of bathhouses where illegal sexual activity is permitted by the owners, managers or employees. The Act further allows the Department of Human Resources and county relief to prevent its operation if illegal activity is being conducted on its premises. A misdemeanor penalty is provided for the operation of such illegal establishments.
