PUBLIC UTILITIES AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Telephone Solicitations: Regulate '976' Numbers

The Act adds a new Code section prohibiting the use of automatic dialing equipment or the use of the United States mail to solicit telephone calls to ‘976’ numbers.
